Milani Brow Fix Brow Kit Review on http://emandhanxo.blogspot.co.uk

Hey guys!
So it's been awhile since I have done a post so apologies for that.. it's been assessment period at university so I had get things done for that, but now i'm officially finished for summer although it's kind of scary as I only have one year left to go now. Anyhow, moving away from the ramble about where I've been.. Today I thought I would share with you one of the things I got from my birthday which is this gorgeous brow kit from Milani.

I was browsing on the beauty crowd website when I instantly spotted this brow kit and thought wow that looks such a cute kit, I wanna try. So I was really happy to receive it as a birthday gift from my mum and was dying to try it out. It actually took me like a week or so to actually get round to trying it out mainly because I wanted to get decent pictures of it looking nice before I ruined it. As well as using up the rest of one of my ELF brow kit which I love, love love and was really gutted when I heard about ELF and not distributing to the UK anymore.

Moving back onto the Milani Brow Fix Brow Kit. The major thing that drew me into wanting this was how it was packaged. I love the fact that it stores the tweezers, angled brush and sponge applicator in like a little compartment which moves up and down so you can use the mirror underneath. I thought it was such a good idea as in other brow kits the little applicators are always falling out. So I thought this would be great for travelling also as it's not bulky and really handy.

Whilst mentioning the little applicator type products: I just want to say that I really like the angled brush for applying the brow shades. I'm not really a fan of a sponge applicator so I probably won't be using that. As for the tweezers they are a bit stiff to use but are handy if you do need to pull out a couple of stray hairs.

Onto the shades in this compact. I picked up shade 01 which is the lightest brow kit. They also do a medium and darker one. In these compacts you get three shades. In 01 you get: one a lovely pearly high light perfect for under the brow. Then you get two brow shades one like an ash brown colour and the second a darker neutral brown. I like to use the lighter one to fill in my eyebrows and the darker one where I want to add a bit of definition. When using this kit I have found my brows to last all day which is great. However only downfall I would say is that this palette is definitely not good if you have like really light brows as the shades are still quite dark.

Another couple of things about this that I just want to mention is that one I really love the details they have added to product aka the imprinting on the shades to the how to use on the back of the packaging to Milani being imprinted onto the tweezers. It honestly felt like they thought of everything, so 10/10 from me based on packaging. Secondly I also want to mention that this is a cruelty free product as are all of Milani products as I've read so definitely want to try more out from them.  Lastly I thought I better mention the price it costs £6 so isn't the cheapest of brow kits out there but definitely not the most expensive.

Overall, I have definitely fallen in love with this product and would give it a good 9/10 mainly because the outer packaging wasn't closing great there's like a little technique that you have to do.
Let me know what you think of this and what you like to use for your brows...

see you soon, han xo
ps: emily may not be doing a post for awhile because she still has assessments and doesn't finish until June.
